Ok

I bought this as a very oily lidded person for use at a wedding. Even as most pencils smear, this one did not. That could also be considered part of the issue. I wanted to diffuse the lower lid into the lash line a bit, but it is sort of crubmly, and pulls up. I will searh for better eyeliners in the future. Some of the potted eyeliners seem to be what work better, but i have not seen those in a while.
