pills under makeup

if you're oily and not a makeup wearer, I think this might be a great option. But i do wear makeup and this pills like nobody's business! it doesn't even matter how long i wait after applying it. 45 minutes later I can go in with a primer and it's still pilling. I like this moisturizer by itself but I rarely use it since I wear makeup 5-6 days a week.
