mild formula, weak product

I think this might be really watered down…it barely works or feels like there is any product remaining on my brows, even after thorough application. I expected a hardened, laminated gel effect but it’s not giving that. Also the packaging feels cheap and sticky and the bottle is basically empty upon arrival. Don’t recommend.
