Love the product, hate the packaging

The bottle cap it too hard to get open. You have to press so hard to get it open that the bottle itself gives a little. It's a PITA. For that reason I will have to think about whether or not this will be a repeat purchase, especially because it's pretty expensive for bad packaging to be a problem.
