Dry formula and isn’t lasting

I’ve purchased this product for year. The ones I just received are not as high quality and are dry, not lasting. Maybe this batch is old/expired. It’s much drier than previous purchases

smells bad

why does a company like Glossier not care that they have produced a product that is unwearable compared to the previous iteration. The Generation G lipsticks used to smell lovely, glide on beautifully, and wear so well. The newer formula smells rancid, glides on very patchy, and wears poorly. I was told you had no intention of improving this product in spite of all of the complaints.
