Sprayer didn't work

1 start because not able to make the sprayer work, such a waste of money 😞

HG product in my routine

I have fine, very straight, dense low-porosity hair and absolutely love this spray. I use on damp hair before blow-drying, sometimes with mousse in the roots. Some reviews talk about it being heavy and crunchy on the hair. I wonder if that's because of using too much product or applying on dry hair? I've not had that issue. I did apply A LOT the first time because I wanted to make sure the hair was thoroughly coated and it felt a little heavy after blow-drying, but since scaling back to misting all over (still pretty thoroughly) and then using a comb or my hands to ensure it's throughly spread throughout the strands, I've loved it. After blow-drying I can't tell anything is in my hair, it just feels really smooth, shiny and soft. The smell is divine.
