Say no to refillable moisturizer

As much as i love the cream, I hate and regret buying the refillable moisturizer... I have purchased it multiple times in hopes that it would work with my existing pump- you end up wasting so much cream and by the time it works I am likely getting all the dirts and germs in the jar. I purchased a new pump recently thinking my existing one was likely old and tried refilling for the first time today—wow such a frustrating experience as it will just not work. I will never be buying this cream again. Don’t waste your time with the refillable ones.
