A must have in my hair straightening routine

I'm convinced, whoever doesn't like the product isn't using it correctly. I have kinky curly hair, but my strands are fine, I use this while my hair is wet and after my leave in spray. Once i apply on top, even my curls are defined and manageable. But I proceed to blow dry immediately after and left with nice and smooth blow out. I'm going to try this serum in my wash n go routine in the warmer months to see how my hair likes it in that style. I'm happy I found how to use this in my straightening routine! My hair seems to love it and I receive good results after. So, I'm keeping up with this one until.

Bad product-In my opinion

Not a good product. I used it one time and did a blow dry. Saw hair loss. Hair felt like hard straw after using. My hair is moderately thick. DEFINITELY will not use this again.
