Zero quality control - received used bottle.

I ordered this hair oil online expecting a brand-new product, but I was shocked by what arrived. The box was unsealed, the product level was visibly low, and the bottle itself had clearly been opened and used before it was sent to me. Sending out pre-owned, unhygienic cosmetic products to paying customers is completely unacceptable. This is a massive quality control issue and a huge safety concern. will NOT buy again.
