Purchase complaint

I purchased the Sauvage Shower Gel, but unfortunately, the pump dispenser appears to be defective. I’ve tried twisting it to release the nozzle, but it won’t pop up. The only way to access the gel is to unscrew the cap and pour it into my hand, which makes it difficult to control the amount dispensed. I sent an email to your complaint department and haven’t heard back yet.

Shower gel is too thin. Sauvage smells good, but the scent doesn't last nearly long enough. reminds me of Axe body spray. doesn't bubble up either. "luxury packaging" More style than substance.
