irritating Bristles and Smudgy

The mascara was already quite smudgy whenever I purchased it, but this time, the bristles are even worse. They are sharp and irritating, making the applicator uncomfortable to use. I visited the store again but no complaints were addressed by the Sephora staff.

HOLY GRAIL.

This mascara? Is a genuine chefs kiss. I naturally have thick long lashes. And this mascara enhances it so beautifully! And it lasts such a long time , I’ve been using it for the past few months for school. (I’m in highschool and do a full face everyday.) and literally everyone compliments my lashes with this on. It thickens it even more. Adds length. And you don’t even need a separator. It doesn’t clump up at all. And doesn’t flake much. 10/10.
