Tight line eyeliner

This is a great product. The color is heavily pigmented yet goes on smooth and I have greasy eyelids and it stayed all day.

Disappointed w the new formula

I do not like the new formula. It seems to be too soft when applying. If you don’t use an extremely light touch the eyeliner winds up on your lower lashes. Trying to correct or smudge is difficult as it seems to set fairly fast. I loved the old formula, pencil was harder, worked well for me.
