Morning Ray's Eye Cream Wakes Up My Bags

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this morning eye cream. I noticed right away the black circles and bags under my eyes instantly vanish right after I apply this to my eyes in the morning. Helps make them looks so much younger and less tired.
