Mascara Smudges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this kit to try some new product. I was drawn to the mascara as it is touted as the cleanest you can buy. While it may be clean, it doesn’t stay where it’s put. Quite quickly, it smudges to my under eye area.
