No more smudging; great for oily/combo skin

I often have smudging under my eyes after a few hours, and I finally found 3 products that eliminated this all day (I was out for 16 hours). I used Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner, ILIA mascara, and Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder. I use a powder brush to brush a bit of loose powder on my lashes and put extra under my eyes. I reapply powder in early afternoon and early evening, and I was glad that there was no smudging at all. I wear sunscreen and moisturizing foundation so the loose powder works out perfectly. If your skin is dry or your lotion or foundation is very light then the powder could be little drying.
