Poor packaging

Whilst I have high praise for the concealer itself, I am disappointed in the packaging as both my purchases have resulted in the top rim of the tube getting stuck in the lid. This results in wasted product and top of the tube becoming very messy as there is nothing to remove the excess from the wand when removing it. I have seen a few reviews about issues with the packaging and have reached out to Ilia for feedback.
