On sale but dried out

I would recommend other Studded Kiss lipsticks, they’re one of my favorite formulas,they’re not drying and last a long time on the lips The colour Wonderchilde is beautiful , a nice bluish purple with tiny fushia sparkles. There’s a beautiful sheen but the lipstick isn’t metallic. The problem is that the bullet fell from the tube when I opened the lipstick and since it’s partially dried out I cannot put it back in the tube. I will have to ask for a refund or replacement. Be careful when buying this on sale , I think they might be old and KVD Vegan Beauty is trying to sell them instead of discarding them to still make a profit while getting rid of any product branded with the name Kat Von D.
