Missing pump

This just came in the mail and I opened it ready to use it and the long tube for the pump is missing. I even opened it up to make sure that I wasn’t losing my mind but there is no tube. So disappointed for how expensive this is.

Do not use if you have sensitive skin

Unfortunately, I wouldn't give this product any stars because I gave it to my husband and he immediately broke out into a horribly prominent red rash wherever it was placed on his face.
