Benefit The POREFessional Matte Primer

Blurred the everloving heck out of my skin - pores, a bit of rosacia, a few little acne scars - I used the corresponding foundation as I had a sample of both and oh my goodness me did my skin look good! I haven't worn a primer like this in several years as I wasn't sure my 42 year old skin would like it ... now I'm cooked because I'm going to have to save up for some, plus the foundation! As with any make up application I did a full skin prep before hand and waited until that had settled before application. I warmed the product up on the back of my hand before applying it to my face ( a little goes a long way) and then let it settle before going in with the rest of my products. If there are two things Benefit know how to do well it's primers and brow products. A welcome return to the brand after several years away because I was convinced it wasn't suitable for mature skin.
