Refill Design Flaw and Less Volume Than Expected

I purchased the 100 ml refill because I thought it would be a great value compared to my 90 ml bottle. However, I encountered two major issues. First, when I tried to use the last portion, around the last 10 to 15 ml, it was extremely difficult to get out due to the design inside the bottle. Second, after refilling my 90 ml bottle, the leftover amount was nowhere near 10 ml. It seemed closer to 2 ml, and I know what 10 ml looks like. I will include photos to show this. I am disappointed because I expected a proper full amount.
