I’ve been using this for over 1.5 years and can visibly see the improvement. I have rosacea and sensitive skin. I don’t wear any makeup. I use this, with Paula’s choice azaelic acid and the moisturizer. I can tell a HUGE difference when I run out. I will agree that packaging has been inconsistent and I run out FAST.

Nope

Wanted to love this, but it gave me tiny whitehead pimples. Tried diluting and tried using less frequently. Ultimately, is too expensive to keep and not be able to use reliably. Will return.
