Average liner

I used to love this liners from Urban Decay. But there are much better products, more smooth and long lasting. Urban Decay has a new one that is amazing! Try that instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed feelings about the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil in the shade Legend. The packaging is a standard pencil that needs to be sharpened which is fine. The pigmentation is definitely there because it is extremely dark and the consistency is quite thick. However for my personal style it is just too dark and applies too thick making it look very harsh and not natural at all. Because the durability is so strong being waterproof it stays put but that also makes removal a bit of a hassle at the end of the day. I would rate it three stars because while it does what it claims it just does not give me the soft natural look I prefer.
