Hard Pass
I was expecting a refined wet look glitter shadow based on a million people who love Space Cowboy. What I got was a glitter fallout mess all over my face with a lack of any meaningful base color. No cosmetic elegance whatsoever. I’m trying Kulfi instead. Pass.
