In past the eyeliners are great but not this one

I love UD Eye liners but this black one is somewhat dry and not as smooth

Good to use for waterline

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t used a waterline pencil in a while but I feel like urban decay has some of the best eyeliners so I was excited to give this a try. I applied this for a date night and was overall happy with the results for how long I had it on. I didn’t find that the product was uncomfortable to wear or use. Depending on how wet my eyes were would effect fading but overall was happy with the product. I don’t know that this is something I would put on to wear all day
