changed formula

I get this all the time and I just got a new bottle it came today and I immediately noticed the color is off and it smells different I'm so tired of company's changing ingredients and being sneaky about it

I've been using this serum for years, sadly I think they changed the formula. Just bought a new bottle and noticed it smelled different immediately and it made my skin burn! Every time I use it it makes my skin burn and turn red, it eventually subsides, but as someone who's used this for years and never had this reaction obviously something is different. Not sure if this was just an off batch, but I'm moving on to another retinol as I don't want to risk buying another bottle and have this happen again. Bummer as this has been my go to retinol for years.
