I was very excited to finally try the Clinique Black Honey lipstick, especially since I got it at a discount. The color is really beautiful and flattering, but unfortunately mine smells and even tastes a bit like an outdated product when applied. It seems to still be within the expiration date, so maybe it was opened before, as I’m not sure why it smells like that. I was really disappointed with the experience.

Very lightweight and feels like a lip balm. It’s pretty and sheer, with easily buildable pigment. However, it lasts maybe 2 hours so requires frequent reapplication
