The larger domed end is not made for powders!

I bought this brush specifically to use with the Ambient Lighting Edit palettes, but it was a major disappointment because one side is practically unusable for powders. The only good side is the smaller, tapered end which is great for setting powder and highlighter. However, the larger, domed end doesn't work well with powders and seems better suited for cream products, which doesn't make sense given that this brush was specifically designed for their powder palettes. I tried to make it work so many times, but it always deposited too much product and left a patchy application because the bristles are too dense for applying powders. I wish Hourglass had designed the larger, domed end to be more like the smaller end of their Veil Powder dual Brush. That would have made this brush perfect. I'm giving it two stars because one side works great and the bristles are really soft. I really wish Hourglass would improve this brush because it has so much potential.
