Refill doesn't look like original

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has been a loyal user of this perfume for over 15 years. However, the fragrance from the refill does not match the scent of the original bottle. We are unsure whether there has been a formulation change and would appreciate your assistance in looking into this matter.
