Product immediately separates

I used to love my glossier lip balms and was so excited to collect them. However it seems they’ve changed their formula as the past couple lip balms I buy turn into a liquid within a few days. Looking online there does not seem to be a fix for this and I am very disappointed as I can no longer use them.

Not worth it.

I’ve been using this for over a month, to really get a proper opinion on this product. Unfortunately, it did not meet the mark. At first, it felt nice on the lips, the mint had a cooling sensation. It felt somewhat hydrating, I assumed i needed more time for my lips to get used to. While using these past few weeks, I’ve noticed my lips becoming more and more dry. I am constantly having to reapply this product, and it doesn’t last long on the lips. After about 3 weeks, mine became grainy and started separating. Like thick chunky beads in the product I’d have to manually melt between my fingers, as well as a thick oily layer separating from the product. I’d have to rub the product between my fingers in the container, to try and get this mixed and properly back together. Honestly not worth the effort for something so expensive. Overall not happy with my experience, and will likely not order again. Hydration: 1/5 Consistency: 1/5 The only thing that redeems this, is the nice cooling effect from the mint. However, I would not reorder this product simply for that.
