It's amazing for the first few weeks, the hydration it gives is amazing, until it starts to separate and the oil and balm are completely different. Mine now has a weird bitter taste and every time I squeeze the lip balm out of the tube, only yellow runny oil comes out. I'v tried everything, I've put the lip balm in the fridge and freezer and stuck a toothpick down its hole to mix the formula, but 20 mins later the lip balm becomes extremely separated again and isn't pleasant to put on anymore.

Dont remember how long I’ve had it but it kinda smells weird now. Not sure if I have a defective product or if this is normal. I still use it tho cuz its pretty moisturizing.
