Made hair fall out
Smell is amazing. Not sure why but this made my hair start falling out in clumps. I tried the different scents within the brand but my hair continued to fall out. My scalp became dry as well

3rd time buying this-I love the smell and my hair feels great. But this time the shampoo is as runny as water - I waste quite a bit as I’m can’t get it on my hair fast enough. Disappointing.
