No scent after applying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What am I doing differently?I have tried using this mist several different ways- alone, over lotions and over oil- the high alcohol content causes the scent to evaporate right away. I love the smell but its gone as soon as soon as I apply it Im surprised by the high ratings. Hmmmm
