Not an ideal eye cream or mask

I found this very low on the plumping or moisturizing side of things and the worst of it is- made my eyes very red in the Am when I went in the shower . Unfortunately I had already thrown out the box or this should have been returned

Great product - leaves my eyes looking refreshed and less puffy in the morning. Cooling effect upon application.
