Application is fun and product is glowing and juicy but the packaging is odd because after you scoop it the scooper is sticky

Best lip mask
I absolutely adore this lip mask. The scent is just perfect and it hydrates my lips whilst making them plumpy. Also great to wear as a lip gloss alternative seeing as it is not sticky at all.
