The only under eye concealer I'll ever use

I used to think tarte shape tape was the way to go until I tried byebye under eye by IT! No comparison! I don't even have to worry about "baking" or constantly checking my reflection to make sure I don't look like a clown with laughline creases.

IT Concealer

The concealer is very hydrating and luminous when you first apply it. I have medium dark under eye circles and I find it hard to find an all day coverage. I’ve used this concealer for years, it’s very good. I do have to reapply in the afternoon.
