okay i guess
it felt like this cream tightened my under eyes and made them less puffy but it ended up irritating my eye area and ultimately, there wasn't really any effect on my dark circles.

I received this at the end of May. I have used it about 5 times per week and have had NO decrease in puffiness. Under-eyes actually seem puffier on the days I use it. I was trying to figure out why my eyes were more watery and burning on some days. Thought it might be due to air quality. NO again. It's the eye cream.
