Disappointed with Chronologiste and Ultimate Elixi

I’ve been a loyal Kérastase user for years and never had any issues—until now. I recently tried the Chronologiste hair oil, and after applying it and lightly diffusing my hair (as I always do), I noticed a very unpleasant smell. I had to wash my hair again because it was unbearable. I’ve done the same routine for years with their previous oils and never had this issue. Hoping it was a one-off, I also tried the Elixir Ultime Hydrating Hair Oil, but sadly, it was just as bad. Something has definitely changed in their formulas since the packaging update. I’m returning the Chronologiste oil tomorrow and won’t be repurchasing. After years of loving Kérastase, I’m now looking for a new go-to hair oil.

improved hair at the cost of environement

I bought this product but it is very small with a very heavy packaging... I feel like i paid for packaging ... it is very anti-environment and i will ask for refund. the product itself is nice and feels lush on my hair but i could not use it because of resentment to its wasteful packaging.. I am normally a reasonable person but this packaging reached the ridiculous disproportionate state that I just could not tolerate. who do they think they are to consume the beautiful nature for absolutely no reason?? I do not recommend this product
