Got this during a sale for half off and very quickly deciding to return. Surprised as I’m generally very happy with their brow products but this may be the most useless product I’ve ever owned. I wanted something with a light hold and no crunchiness. This literally provided zero hold. From the start. Not just medium hold but no hold. I’m questioning if there’s actually product in there. Don’t waste your money.

Formula changed

I’ve used this product for many years and always went back to it after trying something else. It never flaked or left crusties, it was thin, easy to use, separated my brows hairs and dried flawlessly. Unfortunately, the formula has changed - it’s now thick, sticky, and my brows often clump when shaping. Sadly I’ll have to find a new favorite.
