Best Moisturizer I Have Ever Used

This is the only moisturizer I can use. I have extremely dry/sensitive skin and even the most gentle cleanser can dry my skin, so I need a moisturizer that can penetrate my skin and keep me moisturized all day but not cause my make-up to move around or slide off. II have used it for years and it still works the same as the first time I used it.
