Very disappointed

The new packaging feels very cheap and low quality, and to make matters worse, the product inside is only half full. This is extremely disappointing and honestly feels like a significant downgrade. Very disappointed. 😞

The refill is a dud.

I do not feel the refill is of the same consistency. It is runny and not worth the price.
