A little goes a long way
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This highlighter definitely does what it says it will do. Honestly, a little too well for my liking. Personally, it’s too shimmery for me, but that’s just my personal opinion. The effect was long lasting and like I said, a little goes a long way. The packing is adorable and I like the way the lid is attached so it doesn’t get lost.
