I wanted to love this and I did until first day it fell out of container now I have to put it back in constantly it’s not cool and it took a chunk out of it and crumbls on my face when I use it

It’s so cold 🥶 the icy feeling is amazing. My skin is always red and warm to the touch. This soothes all those problems
