Reduces puffiness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to expect with this product nor even the intent of a cooling gel jelly stick. I realized that it’s supposed to help with puffiness, dryness, and redness. I used it generously around the eyes were I experience the most puffiness. It’s lightweight and instantly does provide relief for puffiness. It glides on smoothly and leaves a smoothing finish. I did notice less puffiness and more even tighter skin. Products with caffeine usually are effective in this way on my skin! It worked well for my combination skin.
