SO SAD :( TWICE DISAPPOINTED

I WANTED to LOVE it as much as my other MILK PRODUCTS! The concept and the product would be so perfect for ME! I purchased it TWICE!! The 1st time it crumbled and totally fell apart after opening. So, I bought it again RIGHT AWAY HOPING it was a mistake, bI even put it in the freezer! It felt so good at first, then again started to fall apart no matter how gentle. So disappointed it turned out this way, and I paid full price twice. I hope they are able to fix this product!

Crumbled

It lasted a week until it broke. Bits always got left when I swipe on my face. All the other photos are what mine look like now. It was a good product in terms of the cooling effect though, but now it’s unuseable and went on the trash.
