Lightweight & hydrating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been enjoying this toner. I don’t use toner a lot but ordered it because I want to start incorporating it into my routine. I’ve found that this product smells wonderful, is super lightweight, and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth.
