Moisturized, silky skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite milky toner! So moisturizing and silky! I use her every day, twice a day. 🩷 I love the packaging, the cap is really neat, too. Just make sure you wait a few seconds to close it. This is a great milky toner and I always recommend it.
