Not good for dry skin and dark circles

I have pale, very dry, sensitive skin with very dark under eye circles and this made the circles look darker instead of brightening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this powder. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. I don’t like that my make-up leaves marks on the powder applicator.
