Nice glittery eyes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shade stick is very glittery. I wouldn’t use this full on out of the stick, maybe dab it on the back of a hand and pat it on the inter corner of the eyes. The liner dries glossy, I prefer a matte finish to match the eyeshadow.
