Best Brow Pencil

I’ve tried many brow pencils but always come back to this one. The color, texture and ease of use are just right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shade has a cool undertone, so it blends well with the hair color and creates the look of naturally defined brows. The only downside is that there isn’t much product in the packaging.
