Sophisticated and balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful, yummy and sophisticated fragrance. The iris note really helps it stand out from the usual men’s fragrance scent profiles. Warm and woody, masculine yet soft with notes of vanilla. Such a nice combination.

High quality and classic, but too old-school for m

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the quality of this fragrance is undeniable — it’s long-lasting, well-balanced, and very classic and refined. My initial impression was simply “not for me.” My husband wears this scent, and while I understand why it’s considered elegant and well-made, I don’t personally enjoy how it smells on him. To my impression, it comes across as too old-school and mature for my taste. In terms of versatility, I see it working best for specific occasions rather than everyday wear. The target audience for this fragrance is clearly men who appreciate timeless, traditional men’s scents — it’s just not my style.
