Best pencil eyeliner for waterline

This is the best eyeliner pencil. I tight line my eyes and this eyeliner stays put. Doesn’t give me raccoon eyes, and easy to work with for dramatic smoky eyes as well. I am never without this eyeliner. I have it in both black and brown- very lovely.

Lovely Purple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not that many purple hues to choose from, but this is my favorite. I prefer to sharpen my eye pencils, and this is a good choice.
