Excellent setting spray but not the best spray devise.

White/milky residue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a sample of this setting spray as a 100 point reward and was disappointed with the formula. I shook the bottle thoroughly and applied it after my makeup. It looked fine at first, but after it dried, I noticed some strange white blotches on my face, like a weird residue that didn’t absorb properly. Maybe it’s the rice starch? I’ve never had a setting spray do that before. It’s too bad since the formula otherwise seems fine and made my oily t-zone look fairly matte for the rest of the day, but obviously not worth it when it leaves splotches on my face.
