outstanding but YOU NEED HYDRATION PRIOR

a truly beautiful skin like finish if you properly applied, I have notice that when Im in a rush and I put it on bare face it makes my skin look patchy, but if you use moisturizer or a toner before, it will love very lovely. soft, but not matte. even if a put powder on top (light baking technique) it wont look dry
